A: Currently we serve the counties of Clarke, Fairfax, Frederick and Loudoun, as well as Aldie, Arcola, Ashburn, Bluemont, Dulles, Hamilton, Hillsboro, Leesburg, Lincoln, Lovettsville, Middleburg, Paeonian Springs, Philomont, Potomac Falls, Purcellville, Round Hill, Sterling, and Waterford.
Q: Do you secure the necessary permits and provide drawings to local government agencies or oversight organizations, like my HOA?
A: We secure the necessary building permits from local government agencies and provide drawings for approval to the Home Owners Association (HOA) or other appointed decision-making authority that oversees the building of any improvements to the home.
Q: Are there any “surprise” costs (such as sales) tax added to the estimate?
A: We strive to provide as complete and comprehensive an estimate as possible. Should you decide to modify your intitial specifications, we’ll provide you with a change order to authorize any additional expenses. For your information, there is currently no sales tax applicable to decks.
Q: Does the customer need to be present during construction?
A: Although you are certainly welcome to watch the construction process unfold, it’s not necessary to be on-site. Once planning is complete, we’ll handle the construction phase thoroughly and professionally, and can usually reach you by telephone should any questions or concerns arise.
